Waverley 90 def Ringwood 82 — Watch the Replay

Rebecca Cole delivered an exceptional 32-point performance as Waverley secured a hard-fought 90-82 victory against Ringwood at Waverley Basketball Centre. Cole was outstanding from the field, shooting 53.8% including 12-from-21 on two-point attempts and 2-from-5 from beyond the arc. Carley Ernst contributed a dominant double-double with 23 points and 15 rebounds while facilitating the offense with two assists.

The contest featured 17 lead changes with Waverley eventually pulling away behind their superior rebounding effort, outrebounding Ringwood 47-38. Despite the loss, Ringwood's Camille Hobby was on fire with 27 points on an efficient 63.2% shooting from the field. Sarah Elsworthy added 22 points and five assists for Ringwood, who struggled to contain Waverley's inside presence as the home team scored 44 points in the paint compared to Ringwood's 38. Jenna Batsch provided valuable scoring off the bench for Waverley with 14 points, including 2-from-4 from three-point range.

Knox 65 def Dandenong 62 — Watch the Replay

Alicia Froling delivered a masterful performance with 28 points and 16 rebounds as Knox secured a narrow 65-62 victory against Dandenong at State Basketball Centre. Froling was outstanding from the field, shooting an efficient 13-from-16 (81.25%), while adding three assists and two blocks to her impressive stat line.

This hard-fought contest featured 17 lead changes and remained tight throughout, with both teams shooting below 40% from the field. Dandenong struggled mightily from three-point range, hitting just 1-from-16 (6.25%), while Knox's balanced attack was supported by Paige Bradley (nine points) and Rachel Bell (seven points, nine rebounds). Nyadiew Puoch led Dandenong with 18 points and nine rebounds in the losing effort.

Diamond Valley 87 def Frankston 81 — Watch the Replay

Stephanie Reid exploded for 38 points as Diamond Valley secured an 87-81 victory against Frankston at Jubilee Park Stadium. Reid was absolutely on fire, shooting 15-from-27 from the field, including 7-from-15 from three-point range, while adding seven assists and six rebounds to her stellar performance.

Frankston's frontcourt duo of Lauren Scherf (27 points, 14 rebounds) and Louise Brown (18 points, 15 rebounds) both registered double-doubles but couldn't overcome Diamond Valley's efficient offense. The home team shot 44.7% from the field and 37.8% from beyond the arc while forcing 17 turnovers that led to 13 points. Erin Riley and Lara McSpadden contributed 13 and 12 points respectively to support Reid's dominant display.

Geelong 84 def Keilor 69 — Watch the Replay

Gemma Potter delivered a stellar all-round performance with 23 points, nine rebounds, and four steals as Geelong cruised to an 84-69 win against Keilor at The Geelong Arena. Potter was efficient from the field, shooting 9-from-18 overall and 7-from-9 on two-point attempts, while also contributing three assists in the commanding victory.

Despite Isabelle Bourne's impressive 25-point, 12-rebound double-double for Keilor, Geelong's balanced attack proved too much, with Hannah Hank (13 points), Jaz Shelley (12 points, seven assists, seven rebounds), and Taylor Mole (10 points) all scoring in double figures. Geelong's defense forced 19 turnovers and converted them into 13 points, while their efficient 52.3% shooting on two-point attempts helped them maintain control throughout the contest.
