Jessie May Hall hurt in Hornsby's four-point win

Norths Bears @ Central Coast
The Norths Bears dominated Central Coast 83-58 at Breakers Indoor Sports Stadium on Sunday. Carla Pitman delivered an outstanding performance with 27 points and 16 rebounds, while Caitlyn Martin added 16 points including 5-from-8 from deep. Central Coast struggled despite Jasmine Forcadilla's team-high 18 points and Leilani Mitchell's 15 points and six rebounds.
The Bears controlled the glass with a commanding 48-37 rebounding advantage, including 16 offensive boards that led to 11 second-chance points. Norths' defence was suffocating, forcing 19 turnovers while committing just nine of their own. Peggy Schell contributed eight points and 13 rebounds for the Bears, who led by as many as 26 points and held Central Coast to a dismal 22.2 percent shooting from three-point range.
Sydney @ Hornsby KuRingGai

Hornsby KuRingGai secured a hard-fought 85-81 victory against Sydney at The Brickpit on Sunday. Australian junior representative Jessie May Hall was exceptional with 21 points, eight rebounds, and six steals, while Ay'Anna Bey recorded a double-double with 15 points and 11 rebounds.
Hall took a hard fall with three minutes to go and had to be helped from the floor by teammates and the physio. She fell hard on her back and hit the back of her head hard on the floor. She needed several minutes to gather herself before being chaired off.
Sydney's Abigail Curtin scored a game-high 28 points, and Piper Anderson added a double-double with 25 points and 10 rebounds in the losing effort.
The game featured 12 lead changes and four ties, with Hornsby eventually prevailing through their dominant inside play, outscoring Sydney 58-20 in the paint. Hornsby's defence was the difference-maker, generating 18 steals that led to 14 points off turnovers.
Nicole Hutchins added 12 points on an efficient 6-from-10 shooting for Hornsby, while Sydney's three-point shooting (14-from-41) kept them in the contest despite committing 21 turnovers to Hornsby's seven.
