Sydney's Anthony Mundine lands 29-point knock-out

Sydney dominated Hornsby KuRingGai 87-60 at The Brickpit, led by Anthony Mundine's stellar 29-point performance on an efficient 60% shooting from the field. Mundine connected on 4-from-7 from beyond the arc and added 7-of-8 from the charity stripe.
Obiri Kyei delivered a monstrous double-double with 11 points and 19 rebounds, while Chol Adup contributed 16 points including three triples.
Sydney established control early behind impressive 50% team shooting from three-point range. The visitors overwhelmed Hornsby on the glass with a commanding 59-38 rebounding advantage. Despite 19 steals from Hornsby, including four each from Steven Hall and Nathaniel Chappell, the home team struggled mightily from the field, shooting a dismal 26.6% overall and just 14.3% from deep. Chappell led Hornsby with 15 points.

Norths Bears @ Central Coast
Hunter Goodrick exploded for 26 points and 10 rebounds as Norths Bears secured a 77-65 road win against Central Coast at Breakers Indoor Sports Stadium. Goodrick dominated inside, shooting an outstanding 10-from-15 on two-pointers and adding 2-from-2 from downtown. Ignatius Mitchell contributed a double-double with 15 points and 10 rebounds, while Michael Yoong added seven points and four assists.
The Bears controlled the game from start to finish, building a 16-point lead during their most dominant stretch. Despite Garric Young's 12-rebound effort and Ilisia Washington's team-high 17 points for Central Coast, the home team struggled from three-point range, making just 7-from-24 attempts (29.2%). The victory was fuelled by Norths' balanced attack, with four players scoring in double figures and the team securing a 48-45 rebounding edge in the hard-fought contest.
Hills Hornets @ Penrith Panthers
Penrith Panthers secured a hard-fought 85-82 victory against the Hills Hornets at Penrith Valley Regional Sports Centre. Jonah Pares delivered a stellar performance for the Panthers, scoring a game-high 16 points on exceptional 7-from-8 shooting from the field while adding seven rebounds. For the Hornets, Zachery Hudson led the way with 14 points, nine rebounds, and three blocks in a solid all-around effort.
The contest was a back-and-forth affair featuring 13 lead changes and four ties, with neither team able to pull away decisively. Penrith's dominance on the boards proved to be the difference-maker, as they out-rebounded Hills 51-35, including a 17-12 advantage on the offensive glass. Jett Hickson (14 points, three steals) and Oliver Amajoyi (14 points, six rebounds) provided crucial scoring for the Panthers, while the Hornets received balanced contributions from Meekness Payne and Liam Moss, who added 13 points apiece in the losing effort.
Penrith's interior presence was evident throughout, as they outscored Hills 54-42 in the paint despite struggling from beyond the arc at a dismal 14.3 percent (2-from-14). The Panthers weathered 20 turnovers by capitalising on their size advantage and converting 21-of-29 from the free-throw line.
