Manly Warringah (82) overpowered Canberra (57) at Northern Beaches Indoor Sports Centre in an impressive 25-point victory. Taylor Wurtz delivered an outstanding performance with 27 points, including seven three-pointers, while Kimberley Hodge contributed efficiently with 20 points on 57 per cent shooting. Callie Bourne led Canberra with 19 points.
The Warringah squad was clinical on defence, forcing 17 Canberra turnovers and converting them into nine points. Manly's balanced attack featured five players with at least seven points and dominated the glass with a 49-41 rebounding advantage. The home team built a commanding 33-point lead and never trailed by more than four points, showcasing their superiority throughout the contest.

Newcastle (73) secured a nail-biting two-point victory over the Basketball Australia Centre of Excellence (71) at BA Centre of Excellence. Nicole Munger led Newcastle with a complete performance of 19 points, eight rebounds and three assists, while Meg Jefferson and Kate Kingham added 14 and 13 points respectively. Zara Russell was outstanding for BA CoE with 21 points.
In a back-and-forth contest featuring 22 lead changes, Newcastle's defensive pressure proved decisive, forcing 26 turnovers which they converted into 20 points. Despite shooting just 22.7 per cent from three-point range, Newcastle compensated by dominating the offensive glass with 16 rebounds to BA CoE's eight, creating vital second-chance opportunities. The game wasn't decided until the final minutes, with neither team leading by more than 13 points.
Central Coast vs Hills — Watch the Replay
Hills (86) dismantled Central Coast (43) at Hills Basketball Stadium in a dominant 43-point victory. Jade Kirisome led a balanced Hills attack with 15 points, while Elizabeth Smith (13 points, four assists, four steals) and Ella Gale (12 points, 16 rebounds) were equally impressive. Leilani Mitchell was the lone bright spot for Central Coast with 21 points.
Hills' suffocating defence limited Central Coast to just 20.3 per cent shooting from the field, while forcing 23 turnovers. The home team was efficient in transition, scoring eight fast-break points and dominating inside with 38 points in the paint. Ella Gale's double-double included seven offensive rebounds, helping Hills control the glass with a 55-48 rebounding advantage. The victory was never in doubt as Hills led by as many as 43 points.

Bankstown (93) dominated Illawarra (52) at The Snakepit Stadium in a comprehensive 41-point victory. Shyla Heal was exceptional with 29 points on efficient 58.3 per cent shooting, while Juliunn Redmond added 22 points, eight rebounds, five steals and three blocks. Kiara Bell recorded a double-double for Illawarra with 23 points and 11 rebounds.
Bankstown's defence was the story, holding Illawarra to just 27.7 per cent shooting and forcing 19 turnovers. The visitors were ruthless in transition, scoring 11 fast-break points and sharing the ball effectively with 12 assists. Bankstown built their lead steadily throughout the game, ultimately leading by as many as 41 points. Their inside-outside attack featured 34 points in the paint and 10 three-pointers.
Sutherland vs Maitland — Watch the Replay
Maitland (79) outlasted Sutherland (66) at Sutherland Basketball Stadium in a solid 13-point road victory. Shakera Reilly led Maitland with 25 points including seven three-pointers, while Sydney Hunter added 20 points and Kasey Neubert contributed a double-double with 13 points and 15 rebounds. Emily Garland paced Sutherland with 20 points.
Maitland's three-point shooting was the difference, connecting on 11 triples compared to Sutherland's five. The visitors also dominated the glass with 45 rebounds to Sutherland's 38, particularly on the offensive end where they generated 13 second-chance points. Despite Sutherland shooting an impressive 91.7 per cent from the free-throw line, Maitland controlled the game throughout, never trailing and leading by as many as 20 points.
Norths Bears vs Albury Wodonga — Watch the Replay
Albury Wodonga (70) edged Norths Bears (63) at Lauren Jackson Sports Centre in a hard-fought seven-point victory. Caitlyn Jones was exceptional with 28 points, while Riley Lupfer recorded a double-double with 19 points and 12 rebounds. Ruby Perkins led Norths Bears with 19 points and eight rebounds.
The contest was defined by defensive intensity, with both teams shooting below 40 per cent from the field. Albury Wodonga's superior three-point shooting (33.3 per cent compared to Norths' dismal 10.3 per cent) proved decisive in the close contest. Despite Norths dominating the offensive glass with 19 rebounds to Albury's seven, the home team's ability to force turnovers (21 for Norths) and convert them into 11 points helped secure the victory in a game featuring seven lead changes.
Inner West vs Sydney — Watch the Replay
Sydney (93) defeated Inner West (85) at Sydney Uni Sports & Aquatics Centre in an entertaining high-scoring affair. Abigail Curtin delivered a masterclass with 30 points, seven rebounds and seven assists, while Piper Anderson contributed 27 points. Inner West was led by Kristina Moore's 28 points and Chieh Ou's 22 points.
Sydney's dominance in the paint was the difference, outscoring Inner West 50-30 inside. Despite Inner West connecting on 11 three-pointers to Sydney's six, the away team's efficient 49.3 per cent field goal shooting and control of the glass (52-39 rebounding advantage) proved decisive. Sydney led for over 37 minutes but couldn't shake Inner West completely, with the visitors keeping the margin within single digits for much of the second half.
Hornsby KuRingGai vs Penrith — Watch the Replay
Hornsby KuRingGai (68) outlasted Penrith (63) at Penrith Valley Regional Sports Centre in a tightly contested five-point victory. Jessie May Hall starred with 25 points, while Lucy Mead added 11 points for the visitors. Jordan Vasquez recorded a double-double for Penrith with 16 points and 16 rebounds, while Jolzyne Impreso contributed 15 points.
In a defensive struggle where neither team shot well from three-point range (Hornsby at 16.7 per cent, Penrith at a dreadful 5.9 per cent), turnovers and steals became the deciding factors. Hornsby forced 24 Penrith turnovers and recorded 14 steals, leading to 10 points off turnovers. The lead changed hands seven times in the physical contest, with Hornsby's ability to convert from the free-throw line (77.8 per cent) helping secure the road victory.
