🔹 Setup:
- Players line up at the baseline with a basketball.
- Cones are placed at half-court and the opposite baseline.
- Defenders can be added for pressure.
🏀 How to Play:
- Players must dribble full court using different moves at the cones (crossover, between-the-legs, behind-the-back).
- On the way back, change the dribbling hand every 2-3 dribbles.
- If defenders are included, they apply light pressure to force adjustments.

🔹 Setup:
- One ball-handler, one screener, and one defender.
- Additional defenders can be added later.
🏀 How to Play:
- The screener sets a pick on the ball-handler’s defender.
- The defense plays different coverages (hedge, switch, drop, trap).
- The ball-handler must react accordingly (pull-up, attack, pass to roller, kick out).

3. 4-on-4 Defensive Shell Drill (Defensive Rotations & Communication)
📍 Objective: Improve help-side defense, closeouts, and rotations.
⏳ Duration: 12 minutes
🔹 Setup:
- Four offensive players spaced around the perimeter.
- Four defenders in help-side positions.
🏀 How to Play:
- The offense moves the ball around while the defense reacts.
- Defenders must close out, rotate, and help properly.
- If an offensive player drives, the help-side must step up and recover.

✔ Teach defensive positioning and anticipation.

4. Shooting Off the Catch & Closeout (Quick Decision-Making & Shooting Under Pressure)
📍 Objective: Develop fast shooting mechanics with a defender contesting.
⏳ Duration: 10 minutes
🔹 Setup:
- Offensive player starts at the three-point line.
- Defender starts at free-throw line.
🏀 How to Play:
- The offensive player receives a pass and must decide to shoot or drive based on the defender's closeout speed.
- If the defender arrives late, the shooter takes the shot.
- If the defender arrives early, the shooter must attack and score.

✔ Teach reading the defender’s momentum.
✔ Reinforce fast footwork into the shot.

🔄 Variations:
- Limit offensive players to one dribble max.

5. 3-on-2, 2-on-1 Fast Break Drill (Transition Offense & Decision-Making)
📍 Objective: Improve decision-making in fast-break situations.
⏳ Duration: 12 minutes
🔹 Setup:
- Three offensive players attack two defenders.
- If defense stops the play, they transition into a 2-on-1 fast break the other way.
🏀 How to Play:
- Offense must execute correct spacing and ball movement.
- If they score or turn the ball over, the defenders now attack the other way.
- The next group rotates in.

- Four offensive players spread out along the perimeter (two on each side).
- One defender guarding the ball-handler, one help-side defender.
🏀 How to Play:
- The ball starts on one wing and must be swung to the opposite side.
- The weak-side player must cut to the basket, relocate, or set an off-ball screen.
- The ball-handler then attacks, passes, or reverses the ball again.

- The defender must contest without fouling.

🔹 Setup:
- Two teams (5v5) playing full-court.
- Coaches pause the game to correct and adjust plays.
🏀 How to Play:
- Teams play a controlled scrimmage, focusing on executing offensive and defensive sets.
- If a mistake is made, the coach pauses play and corrects it in real time.
- The game resumes with adjustments applied.
